Day 29 - January 29, 2010

SNOW DAY!

Another yucky day outside means mommy is pulling her hair out trying to keep 3 kids happy. So today we decided to camp in the living room!

Ryan wasn't impressed that Drew decided that he needed a bug necklace

Day 28 - January 28, 2010

If Ryan goes missing the most likely place you are going to find him is in the bathroom. Between checking to see if someone left the toilet open, playing in the dog water bowl or trying to pull toys out of the bathtub there is always some trouble for him to find!

Day 27 - January 27, 2010

Sarah has always been a wild woman. Now she is a fearless wild woman! Not a good combination. Her newest favorite thing to do is to throw herself off the arm of the couch laughing hysterically the whole time.

Day 26 - January 26, 2010

Ryan is starting to let go of stuff when he stands up and stands unassisted for a few seconds at a time. He stands longer when he doesn't realize that he isn't holding on. As soon as he sees that he isn't holding on to something he sits down.

Day 19 - January 19, 2010

Today I found out why you should never leave a 4 year old and a baby alone while their are craft supplies out. Apparently Drew dropped a stamp pad and didn't think there was anything wrong with Ryan chewing on it.

How I'm posting photos

I'm only finding the time to post photos about once a week. So in order for the posts to still make sense I am back dating the posts when I post them. So even though I didn't post January 8th until today it will be listed as January 8th. So make sure you scroll back enough posts to see all the pictures.

Day 15 - January 15, 2010

After weeks of cold yucky weather we finally got a nice day. The kids enjoyed playing in the backyard for awhile this afternoon. Then Drew helped make a birthday cake for Grandmommy and enjoyed eating some of the Cool Whip frosting.

Day 11- January 11, 2010

After remembering why I shouldn't let a baby crawl around naked (think poop on carpet, toys, baby etc) Ryan got a quick bath in the sink where he enjoyed soaking everything with his crazy splashing.

Day 10 - January 10, 2010

The kids are much happier after two days out of the house. Sarah turned back into a wild child and decided to try to be silly and happy playing by herself to avoid naptime. Too bad for her it didn't work!

The next two pictures are of Sarah after waking up from her nap. The first is as she walked in the room with all of her babies. The second after she saw Ryan in the room and decided that he may try to take her babies!

Day 8 - January 8, 2010

Ryan looking very elfish playing in his exersaucer

Lazy week!

It's been a lazy week around our house. Ryan was sick through the weekend and Sarah started on it by Monday so we have been locked in the house trying to prevent spreading it around to our friends.

Tuesday Drew went back to school and was happy to see his friends again and Sarah was happy to have sometime to play by herself and not have Drew bossing her around. Wednesday was more of the same but we had the added excitement of snow coming! It was all we heard about on the news and radio. Schools were closed because of the "threat" of snow. We were forecasted to get up to an inch. We ended up with about 1/4 of an inch, but that and some slick roads were enough to cancel school for 2 days! Hearing people go crazy about an inch of snow was quite funny after coming home from Kansas where we had more snow than we knew what to do with.

Pictures for the week are coming up next.

Day 7 - January 7, 2010

SNOW DAY! Of course since Sarah was sick and Ryan is just getting over his cold and ear infections we decided to not go out and play in the dusting of snow. Instead we made snowflakes and watched a movie.
